The certificate

A Maison Proof certificate is a symbolic acknowledgment issued for its sentiment alone. It carries no monetary value, entitles the bearer to no goods or services, and transfers no funds to any party. This page is a specimen: it shows the form of an entry and reports nothing from the Register of the House.
